Reactivate has developed an Online Job Center offering a wide range of services, both for employers and jobseekers. The Online Job Center is divided into two parts:
1. A public section offering information about our services, tips and advices and links to tools for jobseekers looking for a job abroad and for employers.
2. EUjob4EU Platform, a user friendly and flexible on-line matching tool supporting our European recruitment and placement activities.
All employers and jobseekers registered in Reactivate have a personal access to the Platform, where they can fill in and up-date respectively their vacancies and CVs. The Platform facilitates the entire recruitment process, from matching to interview planning and financial support requests management.
EUjob4EU Platform hosts both Reactivate and Your first EURES job initiative (a similar initiative for under 35 years old workers), promoting synergies between these two schemes: employers may upload vacancies targeting all workers, whatever their age and jobseekers already registered in YfEj, when turning 36, can automatically benefit from Reactivate targeted services using the same registration data and CV.
