Coaching is a service which aims to help career or mobile workers changers to “make the change”.
In particular, it helps candidates to identify objectives and actions to carry out in order to reach the desired results faster. It is a process to define one's priorities, to facilitate decisions, to guide and plan actions through discovery and awarness.
Thanks to our collaboration with Life Coach Italy s.r.l., a company specialized in designing and delivering career and corporate coaching programmes to enterprises and people, we can offer to our pre-selected candidates the opportunity to participate in coaching sessions to help them prepare their relocation and face the first period in the country of destination. Candidates will have a dedicated Coach for 6 individual on-line sessions. Coaching sessions are available in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Bulgarian.
