As soon as your vacancy has been validated, your Adviser will match the position requirements with our candidates' skills, capabilities, interests and experience. You will receive within the EUjob4EU Platform the CVs of the jobseekers pre-selected for you. And, if necessary, we can launch a communication campaign to promote your vacancies.
EUjob4EU Platform will allow you to manage your applications' database, to scedule interviews (both on-line and on-site) and to follow the entire recruitment process.
If you would like to meet some of the candidates we have pre-selected for you, we can cover the costs borne by the jobseekers to participate in an interview with you. And if you would like to organise a recruitment day, ask your adviser: we can support you.
